Our Advice
A builder needs to be someone you can trust.
You need to be able to communicate freely with the builder; after all they are the ones working on your home. Make sure you feel comfortable with the builder and his attitude towards you and your project.
Always compare quotes.
Not all quotes are the same. The builder should provide clear detail in the quote what is included. If they haven’t then they most likely haven’t thought what is involved with the project
The cheapest quote is not always the best.
Why is it the cheapest? Always ask yourself if it is the best quote for you and your project.
Always provide as much detail for the builder as possible to get an accurate quote
Ask the builder about previous constructions and satisfied clients.
Make sure the builder is licenced with the Queensland Building Construction Commission. (QBCC)
